Given the size of GE, the challenge of our work was the sheer size of the conglomerate and how different teams used to work in silos. In all our various campaigns for them, we have tried to unify the brand and give their messaging a consistent theme.
Despite its long legacy of excellence in technology, GE required a change in messaging for the employees in its new Digital division. Its communication had to reflect not just its industrial roots, but its innovation in the digital world. Based on this, we did environmental branding for a 2 lac square feet, 7-storey office in Bangalore. Apart from pop culture references, we used motivational messaging to create a space tailor-made for techies.
